Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Central

Everything from check in, access, cleanliness, environment, people was top notch and better than expected or imagined. My last hotel stay was at Caesar’s Palace in Vegas so I thought that would be a tough act to follow but I was genuinely impressed! I do want to point out that I had a potentially uncomfortable situation arise with my card not being charged and Railys handled it flawlessly. She is exemplary in the professionalism and courtesy that employees should extend to the public. While she treated me like a welcome guest, I felt more like a friend because of her level of care, courtesy and taking the time out to explain processes and even more important, to listen, spot issues, explain and resolve. Thank you Railys! You will go far!

My husband and I loved the complimentary drinks, the spacious lobby with comfortable seating. Location was easily accessible from the highway, there was ample parking

Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was super delicious

The included breakfast exceeded expectations, something for everyone. Pool is indoor and stocked with towels and seemed cleaned and maintained. Pet friendly with an area for dogs in front of the hotel that was kept nice and lit at night Rooms were clean and nice.

I enjoyed the Happy hour that was provided. Free alcohol and also a good variety of snacks to complement the beverages. The vibe was good and the workers were polite and friendly... I would definitely come back here again .
